Please be aware of our following order policies:

All orders are custom and require signed documentation along with a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

This 50% deposit is deemed as approval of your order.

All sales are FINAL; we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Changes to orders prior to delivery may require a 25% restocking fee.

Within 20 miles of our Kennesaw, GA shop, we offer personal, one-hour, in-home site surveys for $150.00 (non-refundable). More than 20 miles away?  Give us a call and we’ll work something out!

We offer interior design services, which is available at a rate of $75.00 per hour. Most initial meetings with our designer span an average of 2 hours. During the initial meeting with our designer she will go over the plans for your project. While discussing the scope of your plans she will assist you in creating an estimated cost for your project. Our designer will walk through our facility with you going over different materials that could be used as well as providing you with samples to assist you with your choices in material and color.

Shipping of customer’s order to home or job site address supplied by the customer or contractor via Atlanta Specialty Woods truck. The customer/contractor must be present to leave the customer’s order at the home or job site.

If the customer/contractor is not present the customer’s order will not be left at the home or job site.

Full payment of any remaining balance must be made at the time of delivery.

The customer’s order will not be left without full payment of any remaining balance. In the event that a customer’s order is not left at the customer’s home or job site, requiring a 2nd delivery trip, the customer is liable for any delivery associated charges.

Atlanta Specialty Woods delivery teams WILL NOT bring orders into any upstairs spaces. Our delivery teams leave material on the lower level only. The area where the customer/contractor would prefer to have the order left must be clear and ready for the order to be placed in the preferred area.

Installations are not completed at the time of delivery. Installations must be scheduled through the office of Atlanta Specialty Woods.

All sales orders completed at Atlanta Specialty Woods (custom and general) are FINAL. Atlanta Specialty Woods does not issue refunds or exchanges for unused materials.

Custom orders require customer approval via signature. Once Atlanta Specialty Woods receives approval on custom orders any changes made to that order will have a 25% restocking fee assessed.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders to be completed. Customers will be notified once their order is complete. Upon notification of the completion of their order customers have 7 business days to pick up that order (unless the order is being shipped by Atlanta Specialty Woods). Any orders remaining in our possession past 7 business days after notification has been given will be charged a $20.00 per week storage fee.
